Angel Herbal Products

Welcome to Angel Herbal Products.  I make and sell my own range of herbal creams, lotions and potions.   My aim is exactly as my slogan states above - to make and sell products which will make your body feel divine!  As far as I possibly can I ensure that everything I make is made with organically-grown herbs (some from my back garden) and pure, organic essential oils. I have very sensitive skin and so can appreciate difficulties you may face in finding suitable products if you similarly have sensitive skin.  

Many herbs have healing properties - the active ingredient in a lot of our pharmaceutical medicines is a herb - and so I have been developing a range of products to help you when your body is not feeling at its best.  I must emphasise at the outset that I am not a medical expert but I know what works with my family and myself.  Have a look at my 'first aid' range and if you have any questions please ask me.

In order to be able to feel your best, as well as pampering and healing yourself you also need the right atmosphere.  I sell incense to burn to help create the mood, along with a variety of incense holders  The photograph to the left shows three of the beautiful angelic figurines I sell which along with the worry stones and angelic trinkets will help to keep a positive atmosphere wherever you are throughout the day.

Secret World 28-30 August

Many apologies to anyone who turned up to see me at Secret World this last weekend.  I arrived early Saturday with my stall to find that internal politics there had raised its ugly head (again!).  I wasn't prepared to be caught up in it and so I turned round and went home.  Secret World is still a magical place to be, the animal care and rehabilitation that takes place is fantastic and so I went along on Sunday to give my support as a visitor instead.  It's just a shame that one or two people consider themselves more important than the charity and above everyone else.

Healing Festival 2010 review

I don't think there's much doubt that the Healing Festival was a huge success.  The weather was certainly kind to us - wall to wall sunshine for almost the whole weekend.  My stall was in the main marquee amidst the musicians - great to see Neil H and Tim Wheater again albeit that their beautiful music sounded rather incongruous at times when they were both playing it at the same time.  My stall was mid-way between the two of them!  Next to me was Sally Garozzo who is a relatively new sound on the New Age scene but she has a really beautiful voice as well as being a wonderful person.  If you get the chance to hear her I'd recommend taking it. 

The thing which was missing from last year's Healing Festival for me was Djembe drumming and that was back this year in the form of the fabulous Dragonfly Moon.  Ian enjoyed himself with his djembe at Scott's workshops both at the festival and at the pre-festival circle Scott held on the edge of Exmoor. 

Sales-wise I had my most successful show yet - thank you very much to everyone who supported me.  My new first-aid section seemed to go down well as did my cocoa-butter.  I had had great difficulty in getting a new batch of cocoa-butter to set on the run-up to the festival due to the heat but persevered and was very glad I did when I almost sold out on the Friday!  Ian did very well with Nag Champa incense which he was not surprised about because he thinks you really will do well to find better prices than ours - 80p a box, 3 boxes for £2.00 or 10 boxes for £6.00!  All of the Sai Baba Nag Champa sold as did a lot of the Goloka.  The new prices will be on the website when we've restocked.

 9-11 July - Healing Festival

Two months have passed very rapidy.  Not that I have been quiet during this time - another weekend at Secret World where I unveiled my new First Aid range followed by a weekend at a new venue - the Holistic Festival at Winscombe.  I am extermely excited by my First Aid range which has been very well received, particularly on the Saturday at Secret World.  Thank you to everyone who supported us there.  If anyone has any comments (good or critical) about my new range or any other of my products please email me.  If you are familiar with my website you will know that I have had a first aid tab for a while but with one item only on it.  This is still the case!  To see my new products and try them out (free samples) you will need to visit my stall but I will update my website as soon as I can.

Talking of visiting my stall, this coming weekend is the Healing Festival.  It is held in the fields surrounding Secret World (see 'links' tab) and will be huge!  Four workshop areas with workshops covering everything spiritual that you can think of, childrens activities, childcare facilities, a 'World Jungle' for young people and individuals, complementary therapies, mediums, music, a huge range of stalls and, when you need a rest, an undercover cafe.  Plenty of room for children to play, for picnics, relaxing, dancing or anything you wish to do.  Although the festival is not part of Secret World, the Rescue Centre will be open for you to look around too.  If that isn't enough evening entertainment is provided - music on Friday night and an evening of clairvoyance on Saturday.

Thank You!!

A very big Thank You to everyone who supported us at Secret World over Easter.  I have to admit Good Friday was the most unpleasant day I have spent with my stall!  I got drenched getting my cases through the quagmire into a marquee which was itself extremely muddy and then spent the day trying to keep the rain dripping through the marquee off the stall.  There was very little else to do - no-one was daft enough to come out and visit us!!  Saturday gave us a little sunshine in the afternoon but still not many visitors.  You came out in force though on the Sunday and Monday enabling us to still be able to give Secret World a good donation from our sales.

2-5 April - Secret World's Badger Cubs weekend

Secret World's first and most popular open weekend is taking place very soon.  Twice a day during the weekend, if Secret World has badger cubs which are unfazed about crowds, these cubs are brought out to meet the public.  Obviously the welfare of the cubs is paramount and if they appear to be getting at all distressed they are taken straight back to their enclosure.  There is always plenty to see and take part in and I will be having a stall, probably in the 'craft fair' marquee.  Secret World is signposted from the A38 south of Highbridge.  Leave the motorway at junction 22 or 23, head onto the A38 towards Highbridge and keep going until you find the signs.

27-28 February - 'Mega Psychic, Crystal & Healing Festival', Torquay

'About me' tells you a little about why I decided to start Angel Herbal Products and how this site came into being.  I talk about some of the products I make and how the range has expanded since my early days experimenting with lavender. 

'My shop' is, as you might guess, the lead page for my items currently for sale, within which I explain how to purchase them.  In summary if you wish to purchase anything click on the 'buy now' button beside the product and it will be sent to your shopping cart.  When you have completed your selection proceed to checkout and pay for them.  For orders less than £17.50 I add a small amount to help cover postage and packing and for orders of £17.50 or more postage and packing is free.  Supplementary pages accessed through 'my shop' list the products currently for sale through the website.

I have a stall at some local events where my entire range, including items which haven't found their way onto my site yet, are for sale.  If you are in the area on those days please come and visit me.  My 'diary' page gives you the details.
